Teddy’s was recently included in INC. magazine’s list of the 5,000 fastest growing companies in America and was one of only 61 firms based in Connecticut that made the list. The list offers a comprehensive look at the entrepreneurial part of the American economy.
Despite having an extensive number of competitors, Teddy’s Transportation System has remained a steadfast industry leader for 75 years in the New York tri-state area, and future expansion includes offering a variety of new innovative services to better serve clients.
They are also thrilled to announce that they’ve been selected as a finalist for the very prestigious UConn Family Business Award. The award recognizes and honors family businesses that embody core family values and the best of American free enterprise. Each year over 300 business owners, entrepreneurs, academicians, and industry experts join the UConn Family Business Program in paying tribute to Connecticut’s most successful family firms through these awards. The award will be presented to the winner at an awards’ banquet on November 14th.
